How to
The technique.

Sit on the floor with knees bent, feet flat or elevated, leaning back slightly.

Hold a medicine ball or dumbbell with both hands in front of your chest.

Keep your core braced and back straight, rotate your torso to one side.
- 04
Tap the weight to the floor beside your hip, then rotate to the other side.

Maintain control and a consistent pace throughout the movement.
Common mistakes
